Why Emotional Intelligence?
Emotional intelligence (EI) is the ability to recognize, understand, and manage your own emotions while also navigating and responding effectively to the emotions of others.
It is the ability to be there for yourself as well as for others. Because in order to thrive and succeed we need both - a focus inward and a focus outward.
Inner focus increases self awareness and knowledge of how to regulate ones self - it creates strength, self worth and resilience.
Outer focus on the other hand raises empathy, communication and cooperation and generates connection, value and purpose.
For leaders, a high EI fosters trust, resilience, and motivation within teams, leading to stronger collaboration and better outcomes. For doctors, it improves patient communication, empathy, and the ability to handle high-pressure situations with clarity and compassion. As a leader your ability to navigate complex emotions—both your own and those of others—is critical.
By developing your emotional intelligence, you not only enhance your own well-being but also create a more positive impact on those you lead, treat, and support.
What I Offer
1:1 Coaching sessions
To optimize for convenience and time-efficiency while maintaining rapport and non-verbal communication, I host my sessions on Zoom. In-person session are also possible within Copenhagen or at an extra cost.
Emotionel Intelligens Course
A 4-week online course. Each weekly 3-hour modul dives into a new area of Emotional Intelligence. The moduls are structured around teaching, reflection in small break-out rooms and joint discussions as well as specific time for meditation and self reflection. The course includes a EQi 2.0 test & personal feedback session. Homework of roughly 2 hours should be expected between each modul.
Next course start in Danish 12th of August 2025. English course to follow.
Workshops
I facilitate half to whole day workshops on subjects such as Emotional Intelligence, Teamwork, Personal Leadership for international companies, associations and universities. I offer both online or in-person formats.
Team Coaching
During a Team Coaching process I facilitate relevant teachings, exercises and specific tools that help your Team to thrive, perform at its highest and increase outcome. I offer both online or in-person formats.
Tests
I offer a variety of tests incl. feedback session or as part of a coaching process. The tests are aimed at increasing your self awareness and effectivity. Among these are:
EQi 2.0 - get your Emotional Intelligence Quotient & understand your strengths as well as your developmental areas.
JTI - Jungian Type Indicator similar to American Myer-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI). Understand your own preferences, strengths and challenges as well as how these can interact with others.
Conflict style - know your conflict style and understand how you can adjust this to minimise conflicts and create change.
My Method
My approach is hands-on, results-driven, and tailored to each client's specific needs, helping develop self-awareness, enhance performance, and strengthen leadership.
EQ can be raised through several means; coaching, workshops, teaching, mentoring as well as relevant tools and tests (i.e. EQi 2.0, JTI).
My work centers around Emotional Intelligence, but also integrates personal leadership, time management and neuroscience.

About Me
I have always been passionate about connecting with and helping others—one of the reasons that I chose to become a medical doctor and later specialized as a General Practitioner (GP). Medicine fascinated me, not just as a science but as an art—the intricate balance of treating both body and mind, healing disease, and alleviating suffering.
But in the midst of caring for critical and chronic patients, balancing work and family, and constantly racing against time, I lost sight of my own well-being. I became an constant multitasker, always busy, cutting down on sleep and my own needs to make sure everyone else was taken care of.
I was making a difference for my patients, but deep down, I knew something was missing. I wasn’t getting to the root cause of my patients problems. And what about me? I was running on empty.
This realization led me to stop as a GP and embark on a new journey—one that took me through yoga, where I learned the power of presence, awareness, and tuning into both body and mind. And later as a coach, I learned greater self-awareness, how to navigate challenges with confidence, and achieve lasting results in my life.
Now, as a master coach, I bring together everything I’ve learned—from medicine, yoga, and coaching as well as numerous courses—to help my clients thrive, grow, and create meaningful lives. I believe true well-being isn’t just about treating symptoms; it’s about developing awareness, emotional intelligence, and resilience—for ourselves and those we serve.

The process
Having good rapport is extremely important, when you choose a coach. Therefore I suggest we schedule a brief 15-minute introductory call,.
The first coaching session is 90 minutes - allowing us to be time to establish a foundation of trust. Trust is the basis for coaching to be effective and lasting. We then dive into your goals as well as the challenges that are holding you back.
As we move forward sessions are scheduled every 2-4 weeks to create continuity and momentum. The timing allows us to develop a plan to ensure you transfer your insights from our sessions to your life – and have time to put them into action.
Coaching is like unravelling a ball of string. Together we unwind what is holding you back, expand your perspectives and figure out more effective solutions to creating substantial and sustainable change. Getting you closer to the life you have dreamed of.
